Nourish Equine Nutrition is the home of the Nourish-EQ® pellet range. Formulated by Dr Caroline Foote (Equine Consulting Services), our Nourish-EQ pellets are high-quality, low dose, all-in-one balancer pellets which can either form the basis of the ration or may be used to top up essential nutrients. Our aim is to give our clients peace of mind knowing their horses are getting everything they need daily.
All nutrition services for Nourish Equine Nutrition clients are supplied by Dr Caroline Foote and Equine Consulting Services (please refer Nourish Nutrition Service tab). Our clients include leading Thoroughbred trainers, breeders, performance horse enthusiasts and pleasure horse owners.
Caroline’s husband Roger Hodge plays an active role in the business managing sales and distribution.
Nourish Equine Nutrition is 100% Australian owned. All of our pelleted products are manufactured in Australia in a Feedsafe accredited, FIAAA certified, APVMA licenced GMP facility.
After completing a Ph.D. from the University of Sydney, in addition to a Masters degree in Applied Science and a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Science with Honours, Dr Caroline Foote founded Equine Consulting Services, a consultancy now held in high regard by the veterinary industry for its ability to assist in improving performance, optimising growth and reducing the risk of disease through improved nutritional and management strategies. Over the last 20 years she has gained extensive experience in the equine industry and remains committed to advancing her knowledge and expertise through latest research findings
Roger has an incredible background, having served 13 years in the British Army before moving to Australia in 2006 and then working as a commercial helicopter pilot. After he married Caroline he became involved in the nutrition business and now looks after all logistics ensuring clients receive their deliveries in a timely manner.
